What are the conditions for return/exchange?

  1. Wrong/Damaged Items

Submit return request!

  • Share the image of the product and shipping Label (Bill)
  • Share an unboxing video.
  • The product must be in original condition with tags and packaging.

In case of exchange products customer should bear the return shipping charges, Refund/Exchange will be initiated after the item is received and verified by us.

No refund (or product in case of exchange) shall be issued in case the product is not found in its original condition with tags and packaging.
